Q: I have installed the program, but I can't find the Express Button on my Internet Explorer toolbar, what can I do?

A: First, make sure you open a new window of Internet Explorer. If the Express Button is still not available, follow these directions:

1. Place your mouse pointer on the Explorer toolbar and click the right button.

2. Choose "Customize Command Bar" and then "Add or Remove Commands".

3. Look for the "Content Advisor Express Button" among the available toolbar buttons and drag it to the top of the current toolbar buttons list.

4. Click on the Close button.
